Way too big. Big disappointment. Cannot return.

"I wanted to love these platform crocs so much. I did my research. I am normally a 9.5. My instinct was to buy a size 9 since they only make it in full sizes. Not half sizes. Called the store, asked questions. Read up online. Was told if I am normally a 9.5 then to go up to the 10. So I bought the 10. The shoes arrived yesterday and they are enormous on me. Literally falling off of my feet. I cannot wear them unless I want to risk breaking my ankle. The strap in the back will not hold my foot in it because it is nowhere near my ankle. My foot moves around inside the shoe. There is zero support and the shoe is clunky. I should have bought the size 9 and now I am stuck with these. They are completely unusable. Such a disappointment."
