Domestic Shipping

We strive to process all orders within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods, such as holidays or popular collaboration drops, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship.

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed Monday through Friday after 12pm EST, including 2nd Day and Next Day orders, will be processed the following business day. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Orders placed Monday–Friday with Ground shipping deliver 7 days a week. Orders placed Friday with Next Day shipping will deliver on weekends. Orders placed with 2nd Day shipping do not deliver on weekends. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Once your order is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. You can also track your order here.

International Shipping

International orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We strive to process all orders within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods, such as holidays or popular collaboration drops, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship.

International shipments typically take 2–5 business days for delivery.

United Kingdom

UK prices are displayed and charged in GBP. Duties and taxes are included in the price shown and will not be charged separately upon delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Other International Markets

Prices are displayed and charged in USD. Duties and taxes are prepaid and calculated at checkout. Shipping rates vary and are displayed at checkout.

Customization

We’re excited to offer custom embroidery on select styles. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing before shipping.

Items in your order will ship together once customization is complete. Some items may ship separately from our stores. If you need an item sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

All orders ship using the method selected at checkout, including expedited options.

Embroidered items are made to order, are non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. By submitting your request, you represent that you have the right to use the content provided.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any customization request that includes content deemed inappropriate, offensive, infringing, or otherwise inconsistent with our brand values or policies.

Orders & Tracking

All orders require the full amount due at the time you place your order.

There is a limited window to make changes to an order after it is placed. If you notice an error, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, changes cannot be guaranteed once your order has entered processing.
